About the role:
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Knife Filleters to join our Auckland team. This is a permanent full-time role with Day and Night shifts available.
We have two shifts that we are currently looking for applicants to fill:
- Night Shift: 20:00pm – 04:30am Sunday – Thursday
- Day Shift: 06:00am – 14:30pm Monday to Friday
What you need to be successful in this role:
- Excellent knife handling skills
- Food safety training
- Excellent Seafood product knowledge
- Previous experience working in a fish processing facility
- Previous filleting/cutting experience
